About Us

Prompy is a cinematic library of AI prompts for image, video, and text. We publish identity-safe recipes that creators can copy, reference, and remix. An editor reviews every submission before it goes live. The homepage, Hot, Trending, and Explore are four independent shelves — nothing on the public site is chosen at random.

We built Prompy because most prompt dumps are unreadable: no names, no review, no distinction between a finished recipe and a keyword list. This site is the opposite. It is a studio library with a desk.

What we do

• Host a public library of image, video, and text prompts with covers, categories, and creator names.
• Review every submission before it gets a public URL, then assign a category.
• Let anyone copy a recipe in one click and download the cover as a reference still.
• Keep likes and copies as real records, not decorative numbers.
• Let creators keep their name and photo on every prompt they published.
• Write guides on prompting, review, credit, and how the library is run.
• Give you a working Contact form, Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy.

What we do not do

• We do not generate images, video, or text for you. There is no model running behind a “create” button on this site.
• We do not claim ownership of the pictures or clips you generate from a recipe.
• We do not scrape other prompt libraries to fill the grid.
• We do not auto-rank Hot or Trending from traffic. Those lists are editor flags.
• We do not publish unreviewed uploads.
• We do not sell your name, email, prompts, or messages.
• We do not allow sexual content involving minors, hate content, or prompts whose only job is to impersonate a private person.
• We do not give legal, medical, or financial advice. Prompts are creative starting points.

Who it is for

Photographers and art directors who want language that still reads like a brief. Filmmakers testing Veo or Kling shots. Writers who need a structured text recipe. Creators who want their name on a card that other people actually copy.

If you need a generator, use one. If you need a recipe with an editor behind it, stay here.

How the library works

Explore is the full catalogue. Homepage, Hot, and Trending are extra placements an editor can switch on or off. Saving a prompt or its cover in Admin replaces the live version. The old file does not return by itself.

Create an account to submit work. Waiting prompts sit with admin. Published prompts show your profile name. You can read the longer version in How we curate the library and How prompt review works.

Ads and keeping the library free

Browsing and copying are free. When Google AdSense is enabled, public pages may show ads so we can pay for hosting and review. Ads do not run on login, register, Create, dashboard, or Admin. Details are in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Ads, privacy, and how we keep Prompy free.
