By using Prompy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service

Prompy is a library of AI prompts and related media. We do not generate AI outputs on your behalf. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person should not run a farm of fake creator accounts to manufacture likes.

User content

When you submit a prompt, cover image, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain unlawful material. You grant Prompy a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the site.

We may edit, recategorize, unpublish, or delete content, including after it has gone live. Waiting prompts are not public until an editor approves them.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that harms our service, upload malware, impersonate others, or post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative. Do not submit sexual content involving anyone 17 or under. Do not submit prompts whose only purpose is to reproduce a private person’s likeness.

AI outputs

Prompts are starting points. Results from third-party AI tools are those tools’ responsibility. We do not guarantee any particular output, likeness, or commercial fitness.

Advertising

The site may display third-party ads, including Google AdSense, on public pages. Ad partners may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Ads are not an endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prompts will produce any specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or of any prompt.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version.
